Two Friends

Two friends - have been for years - but I sense a touch of bitterness from one dear friend to another. "Why is her life better than mine?"
OR
One friend has the look of sympathy (or lack of) for the other. "Poor thing, it's too bad she does not have what I have."
OR
(and this is my pick)
Two dear friends that have seen each other through some pretty great times and some downright horrid - through thick and thin. It is never a question. "I will always be there."

XO

Coming over from artists in blogland. This is the first time I've seen your work, so glad you decided to share it there, it's beautiful! I'm off to have a look around. Xx

Beautiful portraits with such concerned expressions. The facial features are really great. And I love the way you did that pink sweater.

They look like they just had a quarrel. I think they should make some tea or coffee and talk about it. :) Great paintings!
